Was the movie not true to the source material? Who cares really? Is Will Ferrell played out? To some probably but he's arguably as funny as he ever was. Most likely it boiled down to bad marketing. Although quite a ways away from an R rating Land of the Lost is not the family movie the advertisers made it out to be.<br>This movie makes the grade for me for an odd reason. Apparently, I find over-sized lemon sight gags hilarious.<br><br>Small point of contention, I thought the Starsky and Hutch remake was funny. Probably because I never watched the show. "Do it."<br><br>And I definitely do not want to see a Little House on the Prairie remake. I'm uncertain as to why I watched that so much to begin with.
