Where exactly do we draw the line between homage and cliché? I’m inclined to think that SGU is ably filling a gap in my science fiction diet left lacking without Battlestar. Really, if my biggest complaint about the show is “It reminds me of BSG”, then they are definitely doing something right.

Stargate Universe airs Friday nights 9PM EST on Syfy in the US and 10PM EST on SPACE in Canada
