Star Wars - Theatrical version
Star Wars is going to be released on DVD for what seems like the 17th time, only this time it’s the version that we’ve always wanted.
The original theatrical versions of the trilogy are set to come out on DVD September 12, 2006.
Bad news, since Lucas is apparently trying to save up enough money to buy Tunisia, the discs will be sold separately at about $30 each. In typical Lucas fashion, expect a box set a year or so later.
